1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this website's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information as may be prompted by any registration forms.
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification.
  • Accept all risks of unauthorized access to the registration data and any other information you provide to us.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when the product is delivered to you.
  • bKash: Pay through bKash mobile financial service.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount using one of the above methods. We do not accept credit/debit cards or other payment gateways at this time. All payments are final unless a return or exchange is approved according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

LUXVEA and its components are offered for informational and commercial purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

5. Return & Exchange Policy & Product Warranty

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:

  • All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. We do not provide free return shipping.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact (unless the product is defective).
  • Final sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges:

You may request an exchange for a different size or color. However, if the new item has a higher price, you will need to pay the price difference. If the new item is cheaper, the difference may be refunded or adjusted.

Refunds:

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For COD orders, the refund will be made via bKash or bank transfer.

Note: We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.

Product Warranty / Guarantee:

Warranty and guarantee, if any, are provided as mentioned in the individual product description. Some products may come with a manufacturer's warranty, while others may have no warranty at all. Please check the product page carefully before purchasing. We do not provide any additional guarantee beyond what is stated on the product page.
